Asma and Sheela also organized a unique plantation programme, i.e. planting fruit bearing plants in forest area for the benefit of the wild animals in the forest area. We quite often spot monkeys migrating from cities and towns in search of food. Therefore to minimize this problem, they intend to plant 50 different types of fruit bearing trees in forest areas.
