Female entrepreneurship is vital for our future. Collectively we can make a change by closing the gap between men and women in the workforce.
India has produced a number of women entrepreneurs in Social field in the recent decades. They have ventured into various domains and widened their arena into many healthcare, branding, Social services, etc. Maharashtra notably has the highest number of women entrepreneurs in India.
Hello Womeniya. Com always has a very special corner for the women, and the news portals is working towards the women-empowerment right from the inception. Hello Womeniya’s main objective is to promote women entrepreneurs and create their digital identity on online platform. The woman plays a very important role in our society, she is a housewife, a mother, a friend, a colleague for a long time, and now she also plays the role of businesswoman, entrepreneur and politician. Women have started spreading their wings and there is nothing that can stop them now.
In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this episode we are introducing you a very dynamic and and popular social Entrepreneur of Inner wheel who firmly believes in Social service and charity work yes we are talking about Bandita Tripathi who is current president of IWC Behrampur.She shared her Entrpreuner and Inner wheel Journey with Hello Womwniya Correspondent Ruchika Sawant.
Brief Introduction of Bandita Tripathi :
Bandita Tripathi as a president of inner Wheel club of Berhampur District 326. Proud wife of col Ashok Tripathi and had a lovely family. educated from Berhampur and holding degrees of MCA and PGDCA from various institutes. Being business enterpreneur since 20 years.i was working in education field several years.
Being a woman my heart always cries for poor and needy women. l always wanted to do something for needy women and girls.
I joined INNER WHEEL CLUB OF BERHAMPUR in 2015. This is the largest ladies club all over the world. I found being a ladies this is a safe and prestigious platform to do social services. This year I got chance as president I did many things for needy women by opening vocational training center in various self skill development.so that they can earn money for their livelihood. A small scale industries like paper plates making machine donated to 5 ladies for their earnings.plantetion is one of part of our motto. We did several oxygen parks and small forests of fruit bearing trees done this year.
As I work for old-age home also. I donated a Bike Ambulance to the inmates of old-age home. Making flooring tiles.and donate water purifier also. As a social worker I influence many people, joining with Govt body to install Rain water. harvasting for water conservation. We installed 150 rain water harvesting systems. We implants solar lights in villeges.
We do mass marriages to needy poor girls but as this year due to pendamic we help 3 girls for their marriages.
This year We adopted 5 student by their higher education till they achieve their goal . We organize health camps in different underprivileged villages. Adopted a perticular village for development.
Every thing is pump and show. Yes u r right , I believe if you not publish yourself then no one recognise you. So my thrust in branding I did 10000 sqft area for branding inner Wheel.
Like every year this year also we got IIW theme “lead the change” and project HOPE is well thought of to excercise to expertise leading from the front in all adverse situation and joining hands with our fellow members. Keeping the goal in my mind I designed the projects to execute . Growth of new members and happily sponsored 2 new clubs to add in our inner wheel family.
Putting my pen down I just want to say
” I believe in truth … Rest miracle happens.”

Brief Introduction of Inner wheel :
Inner Wheel founded by Mrs. Oliver Golding in 1923 is the World’s Second Largest Non-Governmental Voluntary, Women’s Service Organization consisting of mainly women folks of Rotarian. It’s purpose is to help and serve the needy and underprivileged sections of society. The Inner Wheel is the world’s second largest women’s organization and comprises of the women folk of Rotarians. It is a recognized voluntary Non-Government Organization to help and serve the needy and underprivileged sections of the Society. In recognition of its social service, it has got representation in the United Nations Economic and Social Council. The Inner Wheel concentrates upon Friendship and Personal Service
About IWC District 326:
IWC 326 one of the most important District of Inner wheel having 61 clubs it has a very strong presence in big cities and districts of Odisa and Chhattisgarh, such as Cuttak, Bhubneswar, Bilaspur, Raipur, Durg, Jabalpur, Katni, Balasore ,Puri, Bastar, Jajpur.
Brief History of IWC District 326 :
It is very important to know that how the Inner Wheel 326 took the final shape. Inner Wheel Club of Raipur was organized in 1972. Its Charter President was Mrs. Kanmal Vale Rao. These days the Raipur Club was associated with District-325 (Andhra Pradesh). Mrs. Anita Sen of Inner Wheel Club of Raipur became the District Chairman in the year 1974-75. Till then there were no other clubs in Orissa and undivided Madhya Pradesh. In 1982 Inner Wheel Club of Madhya Pradesh came into existence. In 1984 Inner Wheel Club of Berhampur, Jeypore & Bhubaneswar in Orissa and Seoni in Madhya Pradesh joined the Inner Wheel movements.
