Women Social entrepreneurship is vital for our future. Collectively we can make a change by closing the gap between men and women in the workforce. Entrepreneurs are those adventurous, daredevils who drive deep into the pressing problems of society and try to find solutions to them, not by leaving the responsibilities in the reins of the government or business, but by trying to change systems as whole and persuading societies to take new initiatives.
In our Social Entrepreneur series today we are introducing you a very dynamic and popular Social Entrepreneur of Varanasi she is known for her remarkable and outstanding performance in social field particular in Inner Wheel Club who always believes in Women Empowerment and social entrepreneurship. Yes, we are talking about Mrs. Amrita Sharma, President Inner Wheel Club of Varanasi Mitram, District 312, she shared her Service and Charity Project with Hello Womeniya Correspondent Priyanka Yadav.

Project 1:
Doctor’s Day
Inner Wheel Club of Varanasi Mitram celebrated Doctor’s Day, We offered iron supplements and vitamins to pregnant women and organized a webinar with doctors to educate children about the hazardous effects of cigarettes and drugs.
Project 2:
Charity For poor girl marriage
Our club members contributed to a poor girl’s wedding by providing a saree, suit, and 5000RS.
Project 3:
Installation Day
We gave the needy girl a sewing machine and some stationery.
Project 4:
Given Bicycle
A schoolgirl was given a bicycle by members of our club for her convenience.
Project 5:
Distribution of T-shirts
T-shirts with the Inner Wheel logo were distributed to sabji merchants to promote Inner Wheel.
Project 6:
Given Gas Chula
A poor woman was given a Gas Chula so that she could live in a smoke-free environment and readily prepare food.
Project 7:
Blankets distribution
During the winter season, we distributed 30 Kambals and rice packets to the kushtashram to help the kushth patient.
Project 8:
Teej Celebration
All clubs of Varanasi jointly celebrated Teej function our DC Mrs. Archana Bajpai started the function by lightning of Diya and all clubs supported a young lady so she can start her business.
Project 9:
Charity in Mother Teresa Ananth ashram
We donated grocery items, fruits, bucket, milk, biscuits etc. in Mother Teresa Ananth Ashram shivpur.
Project 10:
Donation of Ration in old age home
We contributed milk, biscuits, agarbatti, dhoop, grocery goods, and other items to Durgakund Vridhahsram, and spent time with the elderly ladies, trying to make them happy.
Brief Introduction of International Inner Wheel:
International Inner Wheel is an international women’s Social organisation to create friendship, service and understanding. It has clubs in over 100 countries with over 100,000 members. IWC has very strong presence in India. It has more than 3000 thousands clubs in Urban and rural India. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic breaks out Inner wheel club launched charity campaign worldwide. In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this Episode we are introducing very popular face of IWC; she doesn’t need any kind of Introduction.
