Mumbai yoga aspirant Tanu Khanna shares Yoga Tips and it’s benefits with Hello Womeniya

Yoga poses a positive impact on life and also has numerous physical and mental benefits. Many people over the world go in for Yoga to tone their body physically and mentally.

Yoga aspirant, 49 years old Tanu Khanna, have had always been a Yoga enthusiast throughout her life. She was a home maker and her prime aim was to feed and upbring her daughter .

It was only when she turned 17 when a thought of starting her career in yoga struck her and she plunged into it and completed seven months Teacher training course from The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai.

After completing that there was no looking back for Tannu. Thereafter she visited the sacred Sivananda ashram , Uttarkashi, Himalayas to take up Hatha yoga course for a month . It was a life changing experience for her.

Now Tannu has emerged as an experienced and established Yoga Trainer and she teaches faculty at The Yoga Institute.
She teaches classical yoga , pre-natal and post-natal yoga and also conduct weight management yoga classes .

Tannu felt peaceful and got the best energy to go on with her life after learning and practicing yoga.
Apart from imparting Yoga, she is a great human with a big heart who cares for the people around her.

Eye yoga , face yoga , pranayama and meditation also forms an integral part of her tutelage in Yoga.

However, her prime aim in life is to heal people through yoga ??
