our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this episode we are introducing you a very dynamic and and popular social Entrepreneur of Dhanbad  who firmly believes in Social service and charity work, she is passionate about social work and charity work. Yes we are talking about Tripti Jain President Inner Wheel Club of Dhanbad  who  came forward to help Covid-19 affected during lockdown.

Brief introduction of IWC:-

Inner Wheel, founded by British women Mrs. Oliver Golding in 1924, is the world’s largest voluntary women service organization created primarily for women.

International Inner Wheel is one of the largest women’s service voluntary organisations in the world and is active in more than 104 countries.
International Inner Wheel has three key objectives:

01. To Promote True Friendship
02. To Encourage the Ideals of Personal Service
03. To Foster International Understanding
Any woman who shares the three central aims of International Inner Wheel can join the organisation

Charity project details during pandemic :

Mumbai: Inner wheel club of Dhanbad, District 325 worked under adverse circumstances in covid 19 and shared some of the projects under ‘HOPE’. The theme of the year is “Lead the change”.

Project under health and hygiene and environment.
There are more than 110 Ekal Vidhalayas run at Tundi by Vanvasi Kalyan Kendra.
1 Donated 50 solar lights, one for each house in a village at Tundi, to needy people to retain alternate light in the darkness of night when there is no electricity.

Donated more than 100 hand sanitizers for the students and teachers in schools in villages Tundi. Provided cow dung log-making machine which is provided with screw mechanism and spindle. Utilization of the spindle is, It automatically pushes the cow dung at the base of the machine for further process of making it into log thus saving time n manpower too. Eco-friendly wood is used in numerous ways. The machine is donated at Matkuria Gaushala, katras Road, Dhanbad
Beneficiaries will be unlimited.

Further, Oxygen cylinders along with flow pipes in this time of crisis were donated to social workers in association with Marwari Yuva Manch. They will be provided to the patients who are suffering from Covid as per requirement adding to it Organised a camp at Durga Mandap, Matkuria, Dhanbad of vaccine for Covid -19 vaccination drive.

Organized various webinars on nutrition, health, peace day, etc. Food, clothes, blankets, bedsheet medicine, masks, sanitizers, etc were donated to needy and poor people at this time of crisis. Various other endeavors were accomplished for the advantage of weaker sections of society.

Plenty of tasks to conserve the environment have been done by planting trees, use of eco-friendly bricks, water conservation, rain harvesting, alternate energy, solar light, others along with awareness programs, and projects are done by all the clubs of the inner wheel.

Donated five bicycles to needy laborers for their convenience in lockdown.
