 We are introducing you a very dynamic and popular social Entrepreneur  of Digras, Yavatmal ,who firmly believes in her
work and passionate about social work. Yeah definitely we are talking about Sau.Vaishalitai Sanjayrao Deshmukh.she shared her realistic professional journey with Hello Womeniya Elegant Chapter Head  Dr. Sarika Mahesh Shah .

Brief Introduction :

Vaishalitai grew up in Risod, (Maharashtra)and after marriage she came to Digras , Yavatmal, (Maharashtra) as a better half of Ex. minister of state Mr Sanjayrao Deshmukh Along with household activities she work and working a lot in the field of social work .

Hey Social Status :

The list is big.She is a president of Ishwar foundation Digras, Secretary of Shri Durga Mata
bahuuddeshiya krida va shaikshanik Sanstha chincholi 2 Ex.Assistant Secretary of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj
Sansthan chincholi -2,Secretary of Kanhoba Krida vashaikshanik Sanstha chincholi 2, Director of Vidarbha Urban Nidhi Bank Yavatmal. As a responsible woman, she is strongly supported Mr Sanjaybhau Deshmukh, efficiently manages the
institutions and dedicatedly takes part in social work.It includes providing job opportunities for the adivasi womens in rural areas.In her institutions she gives priority to girls and
womens .She initiated the free sewing classes in 19 villages and successfully completed it.She works a lot for women, organises
women’s festival. In it women plays various games.She support ‘Save girl and educate girl’. She distributed baby kits to welcome the birth of baby girl.She adopted physically
handicapped girls and took responsibility of their education.In one of the program, she invited Dr. Rakh in order to implement
Girl’s Adoption Promotion Scheme, in that program she declares to make bonds in banks on the name of girl child.

Charity project for poor and needy people :

On the occasion of Buddha Purnima she
distributed 101 Bodhivriksha.In her institution she organises free training of cooking, mehandi, hair style on regular
basis.This program is also run in various villages. In this program near about 1783 women get benefited. She guides the
Adivasi students for their welfare, runs women literacy program, will to educate the women, guides them about cashless transaction. She distributed 1000 sweaters to Adivasi
girls.She organises PMT,PET, CET guidance camp for students in the area.She Participated in the huge rally of ‘ Beti Bachao
Beti Padhao’( Save girl Educate girl) organised in New Delhi.
She is sensitive about poor people,she celebrated her Diwali on Pardhi Beda by distributing sweets, breakfast and clothes.She
organised Adarsh Shikshak Puraskar on 2nd October for the teachers who gives their best or achieve something great.She
distributed saree, blouse and bangles to orphan women. There are various farmer suicide cases here in our area she donated  sarees to the farmers widows.In program she invited Makrand Samajratna Ashtapailu Mahila Pune 2019, Dnyankiran Samaj.
