Uma Modi based out in Mumbai is by profession an Advisor with Max Life Insurance Co since 20 years. Uma who has secured more than 200 families stays in a joint family with 3 generations . Prior to this she was settled in Gujarat and was a chairman of an Eye Bank . She has collected eye balls and operated the needy people free of cost. She was honoured with an award by the Municipal Chairman for collecting the highest eye balls on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Uma has also won the sub title ” Mrs Iconic Personality 2019 ” and was crowned ” Mrs Popular Queen of Universe ” 2020. She is also the recipient of Mid day Life Time Achievement Award 2021 and Woman Power Sumit Award 2021.
Notably, she was also felicitated by ” Saraswati Dada Saheb Phalke Award Iconic Women International Award ” 2022 and honoured with an award on Women Entrepreneurs day on 21 August this year with WEE Business Award 2022. She was also honoured among top 100 Influential Queens by Blissful Queens London 2022. Uma’s passion is into dancing and she has learnt Semi classical Dance form. She believes that dance is a form where one can show case their talent.
On Women Entrepreneurs Day one gets an opportunity to showcase their talent. Being engaged in the field of insurance, it is her suggestion to all ladies to secure themselves and plan for their golden days of retirement. As per Survey only 25 percent have financially planned for their retirement. She desires to set an example to other ladies to fulfill their dreams at any age. She being in the 60 plus bracket, has risen from her comfort zone. She says ‘Don’t wait for magic’. You yourself is magic. Believe in yourself.
