Brief Introduction of Barkha Rathore:
Since childhood, Barkha Rathore had seen just one dream — to become an actress. Coming from Chandigarh, it was not easy for her, so she had to face many obstacles in between but she always believed in overcoming them and never ever had a thought of quitting.
Barkha has completed her Graduation from Punjab University. She has done her basic theatre training from ‘Samvaad’ Theatre Group from Mukesh Sharmaji. She has also been a National level Football player. She is also a gold medalist in Martial arts.
To realize her dream she started working from a very young age and became independent because she never wanted to put pressure on her parents.
Barkha Rathore gave her debut in industry through television her first show was Chakrdhari Ajay Krishna and then is been seen in many.
She has done two Hindi movies titled ‘Badtameez Love’ and ‘Undoubtedly Surgeon’. She has also done a short film ‘Call him Eddy’. She has worked in South Indian films titled ‘Identity’.
About her future projects she says that she has completed a web series named ‘Dulhan’ which will be releasing soon on OTT Platform. She is currently focusing on getting more into movies and web series. She says that she loves working with Hello Womeniya as it is a platform where women can promote themselves and their work. She will make sure that she connects Hello Womeniya with women from different fields.
Well, the journey is not easy specially when you are all by your own coming from a totally different city with different background. Its always about hardwork, as time passes weather its good or bad, what matters is to be consistent and keep going,” Barkha added.
