Entrepreneurs are those adventurous, daredevils who drive deep into the pressing problems of society and try to find solutions to them, not by leaving the responsibilities in the reins of the government or business, but by trying to change systems as a whole and persuading societies to take new initiatives.

Hello Womeniya: What’s your message on International Women’s Day for Women.

Vaishali Bothra: My vision for the empowerment of women is to explore your self. Explore the power of the womanhood. Look for what you ambition is and what your heart says to you to do. I have explored myself in many fields from fashion to agriculture which ultimately carried me to success.

Hello Womeniya: Share your Recognition and Achievements.

Vaishali Bothra: As I earlier said the most defining moment of my life was the award from the hands of Mr. Pranabda Mukharjee, then president of India for the significant work in the field of horticulture. I have been felicitated with the Corona Warrior Award by Jain Social Group International Federation.
I have completed various courses from Stafford University, Yale University, Haward University in Leadership, Motivation, Agriculture, Dairy, Etc.

Hello Womeniya: What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

Vaishali Bothra: I would say when your head is high and the brightness of confidence in your eyes no one can stop you from achieving your goals. My biggest strength is my maternal and my husband’s family that always motivated me to pursue my dreams. I always wanted to become an entrepreneur. In my opinion the courage and calculationof the risks involved makes you a better visionery in terms of entrepreneurial assignments.

Hello Womeniya: How do you maintain customer base?

Vaishali Bothra: I personally believe in interpersonal relationships among people. Although there is a commercial relationship between an entrepreneur and consumers, it is important to look at it as human relations based on cooperation and thought of wellbeing.

Hello Womeniya: How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

Vaishali Bothra: The consumer relations is an important area where one can work to make your business successful. The constant communication with customers and taking care of demands are major tactics to be successful.

Hello Womeniya: How many hours a day do you work on average?

Vaishali Bothra: To me the work is for 24×7. You need to keep in mind somewhere in depth about the responsibilities. However, you need not to damage your personal life and enjoyment.

Hello Womeniya: Can you describe/outline your typical day?

Vaishali Bothra: My day starts just like a traditional homemaker. Taking care of homely duties and offering prayers and surrendering to my spiritual faiths. I take reviews of routine work and assign jobs to subordinates. Involve in social work and community activities. This routine mostly remains unbroken.

Hello Womeniya: Has your Professional Life impacted on your family life?

Vaishali Bothra: No, it cannot affect family life because I do not intermingle the challanges of businesses in domestic issues and don’t mix up domestic challanges in work life.

Hello Womeniya: What motivates you?

Vaishali Bothra: The family and ambition to do something great in life motivates me most. Being a woman entrepreneur is itself a motivational thing.

Hello Womeniya: How do you generate new ideas?

Vaishali Bothra: I keep myself updated with the changing trends of the world which prompt me to understand the changing situations with the novel ideas.

Hello Womeniya: What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

Vaishali Bothra: My greatest fear is to lose self belief. Because only that can affect life but I’m ready for all challenges. Fear is what you feel from within. If you work on your inner strengths, you can beat the fear. And of course your family becomes your strength in testing times.

Hello Womeniya: What are your ideals?

Vaishali Bothra: My ideals are my family members due to whom I am here. They have always taught me to differentiate between the good and bad…i always choose good which is nothing but only choice i left with.

Hello Womeniya: How do you define success?

Vaishali Bothra: There are many ways to look at success. To me being a successful homemaker and keep the family happy can be an achievement or a lady like me being a successful entrepreneur is a success story.

Hello Womeniya: Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?

Vaishali Bothra: Yet. There has to be a pattern. Nobody achieves success without hard-work and broad

Hello Womeniya: What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?

Vaishali Bothra: To do good for society is our family tradition which I have been able to successfully acquire and I think without which the mere profiling is a futile act. My religion too teaches me the same thing.

Hello Womeniya: What has been your most satisfying moment in business?

Vaishali Bothra: When you get rewarded for what you do gives you a immeasurable pleasure. When I was awarded the Best horticulturist by then hon. President Shri. Pranabda Mukharjee and I got recognised as the Corona Warrior by the United Kingdom organisation I was very happy and content that whatever I am doing is good.

Hello Womeniya: What piece of advice would you give to college graduates who want to become entrepreneurs?

Vaishali Bothra: The main dimension of the graduation should be the self belief and communicate with confidence. These both skills will help them go higher.

Hello Womeniya: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Vaishali Bothra: Just like i said earlier: the self belief, respect for the society which has empowered us and the skills stand in front of thousands with your ideas are three powerful things that may make a successful entrepreneur.

Hello Womeniya: What entrepreneurial tricks have you discovered to keep you focused and productive in your day-to-day busy schedule?

Vaishali Bothra: The three tricks I learnt are the forgiveness for mistakes, a consistent motivation and never to lose focus on your immediate objective.
