Women Social entrepreneurs and business are leaving their mark on the world. By creating successful companies, they are contributing to the betterment of the economy. Female entrepreneurship is vital for our future. Collectively we can make a change by closing the gap between men and women in the workforce.
India has produced a number of women entrepreneurs in Social field in the recent decades. They have ventured into various domains and widened their arena into many healthcare, branding, Social services, etc. Maharashtra notably has the highest number of women entrepreneurs in India.
Hello Womeniya. Com always has a very special corner for the women, and the news portals is working towards the women-empowerment right from the inception. Hello Womeniya’s main objective is to promote women entrepreneurs and create their digital identity on online platform. The woman plays a very important role in our society, she is a housewife, a mother, a friend, a colleague for a long time, and now she also plays the role of businesswoman, entrepreneur and politician. Women have started spreading their wings and there is nothing that can stop them now.
In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this episode we are introducing you a very dynamic and and popular social Entrepreneur of Inner wheel who firmly believes in Social service and charity work yes we are talking about Sheetal Mahesh Bharade who is current president of IWC Bhusaval .She shared her Lockdown experience ,Charity projects and Inner wheel Journey with Hello Womwniya Correspondent Ruchika Sawant.

Innerwheel Club of Bhusaval took charge of Presidentship on 1st July 2021.
There was complete lockdown due to Corona epidemic everywhere.
All the members were very disappointed.
But as per our II W theme was Lead the Change we decided to face the Changes.
and began our term.
There was a need for the care of corona patients, to respect all the corona warriors who did the huge work of corona patients
To help families suffering from unemployment due to lockdown.
Charity project amid pandemic :
During this tenure, for many projects related corona for families suffering from Corona, for Corona Warriors, and for Corona Patients.
Under Rain Water Harvesting, we have revived the dead water body. Due to which a tribal village has benefited completely.
Inner wheel Visava garden has been constructed by the club.
In which plantation of trees giving oxygen was done, swings were installed for the children, and benches were installed for the elderly to sit. Built in about 10000 square feet area. It has cost the club around ₹1,50,000 to build it.
Inner wheel forest was created by making a barren land fertile and planting 100 trees in it.
: To reduce the waste of polythene from the earth, it took a unique project of Reuse, Recycle.
In this project, cement benches were made by filling polythene waste from the kitchen in a useless water bottle.
Wheelchair donation was done in the municipal hospital.
From 1st July 2020 to 10th June 2021, 103 projects were carried out by the Inner wheel Club of Bhusaval. During this entire tenure, we have received invaluable guidance from Association CCC C Dr Rashmi G Sharma, District Chairman Minal G Lathi, PDC Ratikanta G Agarwal and District Committee.

Under save water, under tree plantation, under service sentiment, under awareness, under honor ceremony, has made its image of inner wheel in the society by doing many projects.
In this challenging year, the mind has got a lot of peace by doing such service work.
We are very proud to be associated with the Inner wheel Society and today I am the President of Inner Wheel.
About District 303 :
Inner wheel District 303 one of the most important District of Inner wheel in Maharashtra which covers North Maharashtra and Vidrabha Region. It covers many big cities and districts of Maharashtra such as Nasik, Jalgaon, Akola, Amravati, Nagpur, Wardha and Chandrapur etc. This District performed well during this difficult time of Pandemic. All clubs did many charity work projects for pandemic affected people in rural areas of Maharashtra.
Brief History of Inner Wheel :
Inner Wheel founded by Mrs. Oliver Golding in 1923 is the World’s Second Largest Non-Governmental Voluntary, Women’s Service Organization consisting of mainly women folks of Rotarian. It’s purpose is to help and serve the needy and underprivileged sections of society. The Inner Wheel is the world’s second largest women’s organization and comprises of the women folk of Rotarians. It is a recognized voluntary Non-Government Organization to help and serve the needy and underprivileged sections of the Society. In recognition of its social service, it has got representation in the United Nations Economic and Social Council. The Inner Wheel concentrates upon Friendship and Personal Service.
